The houndstooth Collection

Locally handcrafted in the Netherlands

Designed by Miriam Lenarts, the Houndstooth Collection interprets the iconic houndstooth motif through refined double-knit jacquards, crafted from extra fine Merino wool blended with mercerised Pima cotton. The fabric is soft and breathable, yet resilient, with a subtle natural sheen that enhances the graphic clarity of the pattern.

Each colourway — Fair, Ginger, Raven, Hazel and Moss — is composed of four carefully selected yarns, randomly blended during knitting. This process gives the motif a contemporary, organic expression: nuanced marled transitions, quiet depth and a restrained play of colour, unique to every piece.

Pied-de-poule for women and its masculine counterpart, Houndstooth, share the same material language and graphic discipline. A historic motif, reduced to its essence and re-expressed with modern calm.

Knitted in small series in the Netherlands and finished by hand in the Studio Myr atelier, the collection reflects an enduring commitment to craftsmanship, natural fibres and timeless design.
