ABOUT STUDIO MYR
How long has Studio Myr existed?
Studio Myr was founded in 2012 by designer Miriam Lenarts and has grown into a small, dedicated atelier for luxury, ethically crafted knitwear.
Where does the inspiration come from?
Colours from nature, ancient textile traditions, historic craftsmanship and personal memories all find their way into the designs. Many ideas arise from years of observations stored quietly in Miriam’s visual memory.
Who is behind Studio Myr?
Studio Myr is owned and designed by Miriam Lenarts. The knitwear is produced in close collaboration with Rudi Rots of “Knit-it,” one of the last knitting factories in the Netherlands. Photography is created with Maison Rowena, styling and makeup with B by Kay, and product photos are shot by Clicks Amsterdam.
SUSTAINABILITY & PRODUCTION
Why does Studio Myr produce in the Netherlands?
Local production ensures responsible working conditions, short supply chains, and a sustainable, transparent way of creating knitwear.
Is your yarn sustainably produced?
Yes. Our Italian yarn suppliers power their spinning mills with solar energy and hold RWS (wool), RMS (mohair) and RAS (alpaca) certifications.
Why do you call Studio Myr an ethical fashion label?
Because our work is rooted in deep respect for nature and the long evolution that has shaped both people and materials. We aim to benefit from natural resources without exploiting them.

Can I visit your studio?

Where is the studio located?
In the heart of the historic “White Town” of Thorn, Limburg, the Netherlands — a place that still breathes the charm of centuries past. Many visitors combine their appointment with a walk through the town or a visit to nearby Maastricht.
SIZING & CUSTOMISATION
Do you make custom pieces or size adjustments?
At this moment we cannot accommodate custom-made requests due to demand and the handcrafted finishing of each piece. Most garments run true to size, and many accessories are “One Size Fits All.”
How do I know my size?
Consult the International Size Card on our website. Item descriptions note whether a piece is fitted, relaxed or intentionally oversized.
CARE & REPAIRS
How do I wash and store my Studio Myr pieces?
Every item includes washing instructions. You can find detailed care guidelines under Care and Storage at the bottom of the website.
My garment is damaged — what can I do?
Small repairs are often easy to fix at home. We are happy to send matching thread, wool or velvet yarn on request. For environmental and cost reasons, we avoid unnecessary shipping back and forth.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
How soon do you ship?
In-stock pieces are usually shipped within 48 hours via DHL Parcel (NL) or UPS (international).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times:
Netherlands: 1 business day
Europe: 3–5 business days
Rest of world: 5–10 business days
Customs fees, import duties and VAT in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
Is my package insured?
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for, the responsibility transfers to the recipient.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You may return unused items with original tags within 14 days of receipt. Please see our Returns page for details.
Do you accept cancellations?
We do not refund cancellations after an order has been placed. We can cancel your order and offer store credit.
