Fair Merino Blend Tweed Knit Jumper with Cable Details – Beige Blend with a Hint of Blue
Studio Myr — designed by Miriam Lenarts
Extra fine Merino & mercerised cotton
Aran-inspired textured panels
Soft grey–beige tweed with a hint of blue
Locally handcrafted in the Netherlands
At first glance, the Fair Aran Jumper reveals a calm, understated silhouette.
Look closer and the refined workmanship becomes clear: wide panels and sleeves framed by decorative Aran bands — patterns drawn from the centuries-old knitwear traditions of Ireland’s Aran Islands.
Their lace-like structures add a quiet rhythm and elegant depth to the design.
The Fair colourway is characterised by its soft, light-infused palette.
Four tones — gentle grey, warm beige, natural neutrals and a subtle touch of muted blue — are blended randomly during knitting, creating a delicate tweed-marled texture.
The effect is serene and balanced: cool and warm shades shifting together in a harmony reminiscent of coastal landscapes, weathered stone and morning light over water.
The neckline is finished with a clean inner facing, giving the jumper a smooth, polished line without the need for a collar.
Knitted in limited series at one of the last remaining knitting mills in the Netherlands, each jumper is then meticulously assembled and hand-finished in the Studio Myr atelier.
Designed by Miriam Lenarts — handcrafted in the Netherlands.
